Community Fitness

Hosting group fitness sessions in schools, churches, workplaces, and community halls. Providing outdoor and home-based workout routines that need little or no equipment. Developing mobile tools and online platforms for self-guided fitness at home. Training local fitness champions to keep activities sustainable and accessible.

Health Education

Running community workshops on healthy eating using affordable, local foods. Designing school wellness programs that combine nutrition lessons with daily activity. Creating simple resources (guides, posters, digital content) to make health knowledge easy to apply. Campaigning against unhealthy food trends and promoting traditional, nutritious diets.
